The Summer FunFest was one of the biggest highlights of August 2024. Spanning five days, the festival brought together families, children, and community members to enjoy a variety of fun-filled activities and games. We had an attendance of 600 from all around the area. The event included everything from sports games, circus tricks, and inflatable obstacle courses to taster sessions for different sports and hobbies.

What made the Summer FunFest stand out was the strong sense of community that it fostered. Big thank you to all the volunteers stepping in to help with organising and running the events, to families coming together to enjoy a great day out, and great food by Squid and Tonic. It was a true celebration of Ripon’s vibrant spirit. We were delighted to see so many smiling faces and hear the wonderful feedback from attendees.

One person commented, “Such a lovely day, great to see all the kids having such a great time. Well done to all involved.”

We’re already looking forward to next year’s event!
